Default Low e reflective windows

Seem to be a kickstarter. Here I was contemplating digging it up for the winter but I think the mulch and a daily laser beam did the trick....

They managed to stay alive over the winter just sitting them near a window. Maybe next year I'll slap that rattletrap "greenhouse" together

When I cut grass and get into the 20 foot "zone " the temps are 25+ hotter.

Thanks! And that's cool about your temp zone) ). I will go on record and say I took your advice about just letting mother nature do what it does so I can see how things sort out. I'm really glad I did. Just about every plant is green and ready to pop right near the top. It's going to be a good year.

Ohh yes indeed. Luckily we have hardiplank siding in our neighborhood but there are some around here that are vinyl and there have been many instances of neighbors window reflections absolutely destroying their siding next door. Never heard of fires starting.

For us it creates a microclimate that is nice in the winter but can be blazing hot in the summer. You have to stay outta the rays....

Just to make it clear.....there are studies which will say that there is little effect with low e vs clear glass......pick and choose which will discolor your couch
