Default Jackfruit problems

I have a tree about 7 years old. It is a beautiful 12' tree, but I have not harvested fruit. The small fruit appear to get a fungus and then I get these tiny flies coming out of small holes. Has anyone had similar experiences? Any suggestions? I would pay an expert to diagnose and treat this problem. Thank you.

Fruit fly, one of the most destructive insect pests, results to drastic damage on the yield and quality of fruits. Jackfruit is particularly susceptible to fruit fly infestation. The fruit fly lays its eggs under the skin of the fruit and hatches after a period of five to six days. The larvae work their way into the fruit. The fruit fly then destroys the tissues and pre-disposes them to rot,
