A friend is giving me 2 types of bananas from his collection. The person he originally got them from doesn't recall the source of have any real details on them. My friend is not certain he has the spelling correct. So not much to go on but has anyone ever heard of Ixino or Idoamo or perhaps some other names that sound close to either?

The names sound Filipino phonetically. Ixi phonetically sounds like iksi means short. Ido phonetically e-du' means dog. a-mo' phonetically means monkey. Ixino??...It's short? Idoamo...Dogmonkey? After all, you are in Hawaii! Hope that HELPS!![]() |
