Fall is here and winter is fast approaching here in Texas. Over wintering will be a tall order this year but it will get done, here's hoping for a mild winter!! love my tropical oasis!

Beautiful setup!!!
I'm in South Texas and I'm also hoping for a mild winter because many of my bananas are still very young :\

Re: It's hard to say goodbye!
Grate looking oasis. I think you still have room for a few more nanas and some zinnas.

Re: It's hard to say goodbye!
The Fall is the Fall or almost such. The only thing you can hope for is El Nino' to give you the goods come spring. I've had stems make here without protection, and if they don't I don't sweat Nature is going to do whatever its going to do. I have 4 flowers this year we shall see cuz its not how you start but how you finish.
