Years ago I used to go diving in Martinque, and stayed at the Club Med. They're fruit was always so fresh, and the bananas were delicious!

In fact, in this video ,the bananas growers are explaining why they grow a lot of varieties .they say they want to discover new varieties by crossing (they show how they pollinate)to fight against pests and to obtain bananas more resistant to pesticides...
