Ice cream/Namwah Pups Front Landscape.
Hello Gang;
Today was working on the front landscape & decided to pot up 2 Ice/Namwah Pups & place them in the front of my home to accent the Canary Palm. I didnt think that Bananas where good for front Landscaps, but after placing them , i really like the look of the pups ! .. Thanks Ed..[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] P.s how long do you think that these pups could be happy in thses ceramic pots ? |

I tend to keep my "up for adoption" plants pretty well choked down in undersize pots just to keep them from getting too big to handle (fit in a car) easily.

Re: Ice cream/Namwah Pups Front Landscape.
It's a fruiting banana, not an ornamental plant. You'll need to adjust your thinking.

Ain't that the truth.. If its a tall namwah it will dominate that space whether you want it to or not.. :^)

Re: Ice cream/Namwah Pups Front Landscape.
Its just a temp thing , ill plant it in the ground when that time comes..
Just having fun with landscaping ideas , if it works it works and if it dont , no problem its an easy fix . and no need to adjust my way of thinking , its my property i will experiment with Fruiting /ornamental plant's as i wish.. Thanks for viewing .. |

Re: Ice cream/Namwah Pups Front Landscape.
Not trying to tell you what to do, just saying you could end up w/ something like this on both sides of your CIDP come next fall is all.. :^)
btw I think it would look really good like that.. the way you have the plants placed.. but your going to have fun pulling pups to keep the mats in check. :^) Last edited by Abnshrek : 10-15-2013 at 11:14 AM. |
