Congrats. Those are 2 awesome varieties to grow. Goldfinger is my favorite tasting banana so far. I received a few mislabeled/incorrect plants from flordia hill. I hope you got the correct ones you wanted! Those 2 are more difficult to identify then others so you won't know for sure until they bloom. Goldfinger blooms for me in around 300 days. Mona Lisa is a slow starter but does good after it's established.
I would keep them in partial sun (greenhouse) conditions for a couple weeks. Then slowly start giving them some sun.
