Can someone please id this plant for me? It looks like banana and not canna. But also looks like Bird of paradise. What is the exact name if it was a banana?

Thanks!

Looks more like a small type of Heliconia to me, something like H. psittacorum or H. hirsuta maybe?

Thanks folks. I contacted the owner of that garden. He told me it's Canna Richard Wallace. I can sleep well now.

I was thinking the same thing. Leaves do look like it.
