How different does a banana plant need to be to not fall under a patent?
Hi, I am considering tissue culturing a Little Prince banana, with an end goal of a variegated/albino Little Prince. My question is though, would that be different enough from the original plant to not fall under the patent? Or is that not how the patents work? Thanks in advance.

Plant patents are extremely specialized. Does this help?
