![]() Hi there,
Have you ever wondered how to barbecue a banana? Well...... I've outlined one particularly delicious way it's done in Thailand (including instructional photos) in the most recent MONDO BANANA update on Kickstarter. Here's the link: MONDO BANANA by Ryan White » How to BBQ a banana! — Kickstarter This is a photo of the end result - a sweet and slightly savory (and cheap) desert/snack found on the streets of Bangkok: ![]() I'm still working to build-up community support for the film, so if a banana documentary is interesting to you, please let others know about it on Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc. It's a totally independent project - a true "labor of love" - and it will only succeed if the word gets out!! If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact me. Take care! Ryan |

![]() Hi,
In Thai, these bananas are called "Khluai Nam Waa". They are quite sweet and very commonly used in local deserts... Best, Ryan |
