help when do musa basjoo pop up
are bananas popping up yet in ohio .i did not cover last winter has any body seen them come back without covering

Has it stopped snowing yet?
Your nights would probably need to get no lower than the 40s, preferably 50s before things start to wake up 'briskly'. The ground temps are very important too but I've never jammed thermometers into the ground to keep track. Our Orinocos are doing great but the Blue Javas are still dragging their feet out here in Sacramento, some other cultivars are lallygagging as well.
