Joy Help, my banana tree has a new defected leaf!

Hi this is my first post on here! My dwarf grand nain banana tree just unrolled a new leaf. It unrolled in two parts and the top is a little messed up. I am wondering if this is normal and what I need to do. The sign of the problem showed up when the leaf first appeared instead of a point, the top of the unrolled leaf was like a nub. I will post pics here so you can see. Thanks

Normal for early leaves, it will sort itself out.

Reflects the condition of the plant 7-14 days ago. Could be many reasons. Not a real concern until next leaf looks worse.
