How can we say that the banana is already Choking? is there any distance of petiole that we can consider it already Choking?

Any Comment/suggestion is very big help, Thank you in advance. . .

I've had a couple super dwarf banana plants choke while the flower is coming up. The way you can see it is when the leaves are not coming out all the way. The next leaf comes out before the other opens and it just keeps doing that.

If it's just a small plant, my experience with them is when I transplant them, sometimes they choke (not often) those will just bust out the side, I'll help just for fun, I like messing around with plants and doing surgeries I have a picture of a small plant that "choked" recently and can take a picture of that. Also have a SD that looks like I'll have to do a surgery on it shortly. Can take a picture of that if you would like to see a pic.
I am sure theres other people with advice as well. This is just my idea/thoughts on choking.

When mine (Orinoco) go in the ground in the spring I cut the top off. Then watch for growth, if the leaf stops coming out I cut more off (5 or 6 inches) and watch for growth. Repeat as needed, sometimes you will see a bump in the p-stem, a lot times this will be where the choke is.

My thoughts on the choking - too much phosphorus. Also when cigar leaves start growing out of the pstem too fast and tangle - probably need to back off on fertilizer.

My guess is that spraying with 200 ppm gibberellic acid (GA) will help. I'm too lazy to explain my rationale. Easy enough to do and worth a try.

Dissolve 0.2 g. in about 15 cc alcohol and add that to a quart of water and shake.

Judging from your photos it seems to me to be a spurt of growth from bringing the plants to more desirable conditions.
They were kept in a cool basement for a period of time which changes the growth cycle

The leaves just can't get out of the way fast enough for the new leaf.

For me choking involves dead tissue blocking the growth of a new leaf in the pstem.

I do not see any symptoms like that on your plant and it is pushing a new leaf.
Sometimes new leaves will just push a few inches then stop when conditions change.

actually i've been using GA3 in a couple of months ago but the newly leaves that emerge is also decreasing. there are article that i've read that when the leaves of the banana is decreasing it is already choking. so maybe the GA3 will response on the Bunch weight, i guest so. .
