Hastening Ripening

I have a novice question. My Raja Puri bloomed in October and has allot of fruit. The new fruits at the bottom are not tolerating temperatures in the 40's at night but the bigger ones are. Can I trim off the bottom of the stalk and let the energy go to the bigger fruits?
Thanks, Woods

You can engage in bunch pruning by removing the hands off the stalk. However, you have likely run out of time up in Tallahassee unless you are in a greenhouse
