Angry hail

Will the hail do permanent damage to my naners? We have had 3 hail storms in the last couple of days (Yemassee SC) and they are looking scraggly.

Default Re: hail

We also had hail last night at midnight.

No permanent damage will be done. In a few weeks, all the scraggly growth will be replaced with the new leaves.

Please check if the leave in the center (top of the steam) is damaged. If not, your bananas will still grow!
