Default Grand Naine Questions and concerns

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and bananas so forgive me if I ask you guys some dumb questions. I'm an amateur greenhouse owner but no experience with tropical stuff. I purchased a Grand Nain last week and I'm afraid something is going on with it. So... I have concerns and questions about the health and survival of the plant. I will attach some pictures and maybe one of you Pros can tell me hocw I'm making the little guy suffer. I hope to hear some replies!! Thank you for your time

Questions-What is the perfect soil mixture for container bananas(Amounts and ingredients) and can you treat the them with insecticides or fungicides. How much sun and shade in the extreme heat? Lastly, fertilizer recommendations. And Any othe advice will be great as well!
