Default Gnats on banana flower - help

I have gnats on my developing bananas in my greenhouse. I have been out of town and came back and sprayed them with dawn soap and then sprayed them with water. I put dawn soap in a bowl at the base of the plant. I have also read to put sand on top of the soil. The developing bananas are black on the ends and mushy. I figure I also need more air flow. Any suggestions? Thanks
