Default Getting more confused?!

Hello All Banana Friends,

I am getting more and more confused about the truth of so called "Musa Hajaray".

As far as I know, there seems that 2 different banana seedlings are sold
under the name of "Musa Hajaray".

The first one is from a German nursery.

http://www.bananas.org/gallery/data/...rtepalmen_.png

As you can see from the photo, the tips of the fruits fingers are angular.

The second one is from a French nursery, and it looks very much different
from the German banana. The fruits tips are not angular.

And now, the third photo shows the bunch and fruits fingers of so called
”Musa Hajaray" actually harvested this autumn.

Quite sinical, however, the seedlings of this harvested banana were bought
from the German nursery with the tag of "Musa Hajaray".
As you can see from the photo, this banana does't look like the first photo,
and looks very much like Musa Namwa.

Sensibly understading, they could just have mislabeled the seedlings that
came to me. But who knows it?

The German nursery insists that their Hajaray came from North-West Himalayan
mountain area after collected and checked by their banana specialist.
If it were the case, there will be a possibility of the true Hajaray, Himalayan
hill banana "Pahari Kela".

Then if the above was true, then what happens with the Hajaray sold by the
French nursery?

In any case, I do need the photos and informations of the Hajaray you or your
friends grew and harvested.

It is indeed very funny. No body except me posted so far the photos or informations
about the harvest of Hajaray. Or is the Hajaray story a faked one??

Seedlings of a species pollinated by same species are expected to produce seeded (ornamental) bananas.
