![]() A friend from Puerto Rico shared some dried long slices of Ae Ae fruit and it was very good. He doesn't particularly care for banana fruits but said he thought the Ae Ae was better than other bananas he had tried drying.

![]() I'm pretty sure Ae-Ae was traditionally a cooking-type banana, though it can be eaten ripe as well.

![]() I fertilize my ae ae on the ground with home made compost and some dark topsoil. After few days I flooded it with water. Now the new leaves are coming out with more green. Very little white in it. They gray variegation blended with green, so it’s hard to see. What should I do to get the variegation back? Can I try ash or palm fertilizer?
