Hello i had a nice florida banana. Planted it, was doing nice and we got lots of rain now my corm is rotted. I cleaned all rot and only a tiney piece left of the corm. Letting it dry now. Has anyone else ever had a tiney piece of a corm live? I am so upset i paid alot for it. Now wont be able to replace it. Wanted it so badley.
Thanks in advance

Let it dry out a bit and replant.

Sorry for your loss.

Repot it in sand. Yes I have had a small piece to grow but it needs a node to do so. Also any large pieces of white root might sprout. ... All you can do is try.
