Edible bananas in Canada??

Hi looking for some edible bananas in Canada - I would like to start growing in a heated greenhouse. I have one small dwarf orinoco (I think) in a pot indoors for now, but would love to get more. I am on Vancouver Island.

Also, Does anyone have a current email address for Terry Brake of Canada Banana Farms??

Thanks, Paul

Hi, Check local nurseries in the spring. Canada banana farms might be down for now. I can't find them on FB and an article online says they might have to re locate because of building permits which is bullsh**!

I will keep checking facebook! Might be able to do a few trades after I get a few more I guess.

I had a customer growing bananas in Edmonton Canada and another in Barrow Alaska. Of course they both have free electricity and heat, plus an indoor greenhouse.
