Default Dwarf Red Problems

Hi all, I took all of my potted bananas out of the greenhouse about 2-3 weeks ago to help them out of dormancy. My 3 gallon dwarf red wasn't looking so good and I noticed last night that it choked about halfway up the stem. I've never had this happen, so should I cut it back, leave it, adjust watering, etc? Thanks,

Kane

Reds don't like dormancy, they need to be kept growing over winter months even if its very slowly, otherwise they will just rot.

Well that would explain it! So should I just leave it alone?

Put it somewhere warm with bright light, don't do anything until you see growth

I would cut it back a inch or 2 below the spot. With the weather we've been having it should push in no time
