Default Dwarf namwah sucker rotting

Good evening,

I need your help.
I have potted a DN pup without leaves two months ago.
Since this moment it began to rot because it staid outside under heavy rain one afternoon.
I cut acurately the rotten parts until the moment it began to regrow and emitted two clean and nice leaves.
Now I am keeping it inside to avoid any rain spoiling it and I have stopped watering it a month ago;
The problem is that the black rotting goes on its way round the collar of the plant. A juice is oozing from this place without drying at any moment.
I tried to spray the plant with benlate (a systemic fongicide maybe known under another name in US) : no effect.
Suphur in powder has now effect as well.

I don't want to lose this pup because DN is very difficult to find in my place.
What could it be ? Fungus ? Bacteria ? what to do ?

Here are some pics showing the nice two leaves and the collar rotting indeed...

Thanks for your help.

If it is still pushing leaves then it should be ok. Keep the corm dry. In my experience, when the rot is visible, it may be too late to do anything about it. How are the roots? are they healthy? White and healthy roots would be an encouraging sign.
