Re: dwarf double mahoi?
'Mahoi', more properly referred to as 'Double Cavendish', is a 'Dwarf Cavendish' sport, they are all dwarf and are not at all rare, I wouldn't pay more than $20 for one.
As for the others, some are unique cultivars not commonly available in the US, but whether or not they are worth it is up to you. Some are likely extremely similar to cultivars easily available, such as various Pisang Awak, Bluggoe, Silk and Saba. Some are definitely different, but only a small number of them appear to be totally different types from what you can get here.

Re: dwarf double mahoi?
My double pstems are right at 4 ft measured with a tape and the leaves extend up to about 9 ft. I had a bloom this season from a pstem that survived last winter but it was a single flower - hoping for a double bloom next time
I'm on the Mississippi Gulf coast zone 9a and much cooler winters than Tampa I lived in St Pete in mid 90s. Send a PM if you want to trade pups - you have some I would like to have..

Re: dwarf double mahoi?
I have a double mahoi that I think I paid about $20 to $30 on last year. I got it from Raintree Nursery.
