Looks like Dwarf Brazilian to me, but I am no expert.
I am trying to identify one of my plants which I got last year from a "California Rare Fruit Grower" member who did not remember the ID of the plant.
Is the petiole of your plant open? On my plant in question the petiole is open compared to my Namwah or Pisang Klotek, so that is why I suspect a Dwarf Brazilian.

I guess I should've had a list of where I got all my plants from by type 2 years ago.. I think I sent the cuttings to Canada, and one is in a Old Folks Rehab.. :^)
