Question Droopy? leaf tips

I notice that several of my TC banana plants, that are about 6 months old, are having their leaves fold backwards (towards the center of the plant) near the tips. Being a novice, I was wondering if that could be caused by lack of adequate fertilizer and/or water? If it is from another cause, what is it, and should I be concerned and try to correct it, or will it not have a negative impact on the health of the banana plant or on banana production?

My bananas do this occasionally. It seems to be either that the wind just blows the tip back and snaps the midrib of the leaf or maybe the tip has gotten injured in someway and then the wind blows it back. Are yours outside?

Unhappy Re: Droopy? leaf tips

Yes, I have had them in the ground and in pots outside.

Shouldn't be a major problem. If the wind is doing it there is really nothing you can do.
