Welcome to the Jungle!!!

Great collection you have started.
.

.By your photo I am making the assumption that the plant is still indoors and not outdoors yet.
The plant in question looks hardened off enough to put outside in the shade.
Once outside in the shade for a couple of weeks you should see it perk up.
You should see some vertical growth also.
Gradually introduce the the small plants to sun.

Your plants are at the stage which they require more light to thrive....more real sunlight.

Yes, put them outside to grow for the summer and bring them back in for the fall season.
Here is a zone map of your country.
You live in a less than favorable zone of growing these plants outdoors for your very short summer......I see your concerns.

Your last frost date has past....... you could bring your plants in for the night and put then out in the morning if you wish till your weather stabilizes.

Ensete Glaucum grow fast, I grew one last year from seed, it germinated in December the winter before, and by fall last year was 10 feet tall! They also store very well under a house in a crawlspace, etc. bare root in winter if you live in a cold area.
