![]() Bananas here in deep south Florida take about 4 months from the time the first hand appears to harvest. I would not harvest it yet and allow more time to fill out.

![]() In California it takes 6 month or longer to fill in and ripen. I have two bunches of Blue Java hanging right now since September. Usually I wait until I see at least some color change on some fingers.
The fingers on your bunch do not look filled in at all. Be patient. |
