Creamiest fleshed banana
When I was in Thailand I tasted a banana that was sweet, very white, and very creamy texture. The fruit was 4-6" and plump round. What variety could it be?. I have nam waa and that is NOT it.

Without a photo it will be hard to say for sure. It could be a veinte cohol, a patupi, or pitogo. Those are small and sweet fruits.

There are hundreds of varieties which match that basic description, so definitely some more info or photos would be required to give any meaningful suggestions.
