Couple questions re/dwarf red and color on banana
Hey there,
I’m in 9b a few miles from the Gulf coast and don’t anticipate a freeze but it look s like we’ll likely be in the upper 30’s this upcoming week for a few hours a few nights. Should I take any special precautions with my dwarf red (assuming I actually received and planted DR)? Currently they are planted close to the house in full sun and have done fine in the low 40’s. I also have a supposed I e Cream and Goldfinger and my Grand Nain I thought was a Mysore which has 140 nanners hanging for a month now. Speaking of that Grand Nain (or dwarf cavendish some of you thought) what do the fruit usually look like? Mine have some red splotches close to where the fingers attach and they all seem kind of small or smaller than I thought. Is there a guide to what each variety’s fruit should look like? Just curious and thanks in advance

Re: Couple questions re/dwarf red and color on banana
I'm in Inverness and I don't do anything special for my dwarf reds. They do pretty well. The tall reds though were mega sensitive so I threw those out.
