Default Corm borer and nematode control

What methods other than sanitation and clean stock are you guys using to prevent corm borers and nematodes. My stock is clean because I have gone through great measures of sanitation, buying only clean stock and quarantining new plants. Years ago you could use Vapam to fumigate the soil. It has lost its label.

We don't have that problem here in California. Our soil is clay, nematodes don't like that. I have not seen any fungal problems either.
