Question Can you control which pup fruits?

I have a dwarf namwah stand that has struggled since the beginning, I think it just got too hot or too dry in the dry season and then during a tropical storm over a yr ago the mother plant leaned over, we propped it up because it didn't even have any pups yet and thought we had to save it, but now I'm regretting that decision as it still hasn't bloomed in 28 months since I planted it as a TC. And it looks like crap! It now has three pups one that is taller than the mother, and pretty crappy too and two that are newer and much healthier. I'm just wondering what can I do with it? I don't want the mother to bloom at this point, it would be a very weak bunch. I don't even want the daughter to bloom yet either though it's getting to be about that time. I know that chopping them down would just make them sprout again.

Should I dig it all up and replant the healthy sword suckers? Pics to come.

The one in the middle is the mother plant. It's extremely stunted as you can see and then it took a hit from the freeze at the end of Jan. The young pup is way healthier.

IT TAKES 5-6 YEARS BEFORE THESE PLANTS START PRODUCING FRUIT OR EVEN START BLOOMING

My Goldfinger took just 15 months from TC, my tall Namwah took 16 months from TC, and my Raja Pisang took 2 yrs from TC. I'm assuming had this one not fallen over in a storm it would have bloomed by now. I just feel like this bloom will be a waste as I will chop it once it shows up, the mother is a weakling.
