Angry Brown Spots

I HAVE A NEW PUP WITH ABOUT 6 LEAVES AND SOME OF THEM HAVE TINY BROWN SPOTS ON THEM . ANY IDEAS?

yeah I get brown spots on my plants when I poke holes in them and burn 'em with light bulbs Picture? Fertilizer use?
