That list is not the best by a long shot. Just cold hardy. Raja Puri is prone to choke making not even close to best. There are more factors to best than cold hardy.

I had lists thrown at me but visiting places and getting real experience local made the difference.

If I had one to choose, I'd go with Namwah.

Being familiar with Lompoc, I think Namwa would do well there. Perhaps venturabananas can provide a sanity check.
Be careful with recommendations from well-meaning 9b folks in the gulf states ... their weather is very different (high vs. low humidity) than yours. |
