Basjoo growth stopped/yellowing
Hi everyone, I have a Basjoo that was doing great until a few weeks ago. It was in a pot and growing great and then it stopped growing and the leaves started to yellow (the oldest ones yellowed first). Now last time this happened, It was because it did not have enough nutrients and I "fixed" it by fertilizing it more. However, this time it isn't working. I have increased fertilizing even more, and transplanted it to a new pot, but the new leaf is still at the same height it was before and the bottom leaf is dying faster every day. I would appreciate if anyone could offer any advice.

Re: Basjoo growth stopped/yellowing
Pictures would help. Yellow leaves on the oldest leaves is normal, but like you said if all the leaves are getting that way. To much water would be my guess. You need good draining soil. Then when you feed it that just shocked it. My guesses.

Re: Basjoo growth stopped/yellowing
I dont want to double post, but this is related to what I talked about in the OP. I finally saw some growth out of the new leaf, but one of the older leaves yellowed on one side only. I've never seen anything like it on any plant. One side of the leaf is completely yellow, then on the other side of the stem/divider thing in the middle, its a healthy green color. I there some weird voodoo magic on my plant?
