Bananas with bad aim!
This was a shipped Veinte Cohol corm. Most times they continue to grow out the top. Sometimes they send out pups instead. This one wasnt sure what it wanted to do so it just grew up through the 1st layer of the original pup. I saw it bulging out so I cut around and found it. I'm fairly new to bananas and this was a first for me and thought it was funny.
Any thoughts?

Re: Bananas with bad aim!
That is not at all uncommon. The corm was stressed, and couldn't push through the center, so takes an alternate route. ou'll be fine.
