![]() Does anyone know if a good and extensive living collection of bananas exists (not dried up herbarium samples or frozen cells)?
perhaps it is time some people started one? the whole banana family is such a mess with so many overlapping names, and so many varieties. perhaps a place is needed to properly keep and grow stock plants for comparison with 'type' and also for the preservation of species and cultivars. |
