Happy New Year from the UK.

Sorry to hear about the atrocious weather the US is getting down the eastern seaboard.

One of my greenhouse potted bananas is fruiting...I have it named as Musa Rajapuri. The plant itself is about 5 feet from top of pot to the fruit stalk. The fruits themselves are nicely coloured but only about 4 inches long. Will they get longer and fatter and is it really a Rajapuri?

A couple of years ago another so-called rajapuri produced fruit and everyone insisted it was dwarf Orinoco, but those original fruits were different to the current crop.

I haven't mixed up the labels...I can only assume the mix-up was at the supply end.

Can someone identify this new crop correctly.
