anyone ever get sick?

do any of yall get sick to your stomach and feel the need to hurl when you hear the crunch, crunch, crack of a pup being cut off the mom??? oh it tore me up this morning. ive had a queezie stomach all day long. does it ever get easier hearing that sound?

Once I know I can do it and not kill either of them I don't think it'll bother me. It's just going to be scary until I'm an old pro.

Yikes, I have never had the experience, yet. Let's give it a name -seems like the thing to do these days - perhaps a tribute to George Carlin's way of seeing things. Something like 'Pup-post partum depression' or 'Baby Banana Bayonet Syndrome', 'Corm Chopping Colic Condition'..........

I'd vote for Corm Chopping Colic, or proffer forth "Post-Duration Pup Separation Anxiety" (the politically correct form of Chop-Shocky)

When forced to separate pups from their mom, I first apologize for several minutes to both plants, and hold my breath while making "the cut".
