Your going to loose the lower leaves eventually so if you don't like looking at it I'd clip a couple of the lower ones. :^)

What about the stem, i see black specks going up it. Kinda looks like a mold or something

Black specs on the pseudostem are perfectly normal for many varieties of bananas. Some have more than others. Unless it's brown/squishy....then it's rot, but that does not seem to be the case in the photos above.
