Hello, I was at 6 Flags and they have an all red banana...what is the name of this??? also does anyone out their know if they made a hardy elephant ear yet?

Colocasia 'Pink China' is reputed to be hardy to zone 6. I and some fellow members of our local garden club will be trialing it this winter, both with and without protection. I've tried to winter over many other varieties, all without success in my zone 7a gardens.
