They usually come out green not white.

Albino pups usually die. It is not uncommon to get an albino leaf here and there. I have an alocasia macrorrhiza variegata that has variegated white on green leaves. Last week an all white leaf came out. This is o.k. My Zebrina pups come out green. What ever it is it's cool.

put the whole thing, mom and pups in one pot. Has it been raining a lot there or is that spot poorly drained? the larger banana isn't very big and the second pup is also light yellowish in the picture and your albino could just be a reaction to poor drainage. I had a basjoo that did that one year.

I think on the opposite way the soil is too draining Ithink it's why the clump is goin sick... but see there the pup is turning to green
