After Bananas produce

can I keep the plant in Winter storage and plant it next Spring? I have heard that the plant will die afterb it blooms but if I plant it next Spring, can I at least get some pups out of it. Thanks.

yes you can replant it and most likely get pups, however, if it is mature and fruiting you should already have plenty of pups on it. If you took them all off and replant the corm that just fruited (cut back to the ground), you should still get more pups if you dig up the whole corm.
