Nope, he charged me $12 for each potted plant with the sword pups. I am not selling, I bought these today from a local guy. I was surprised at the size and the price he sold them for.....hopefully they are what he says they are, goldfinger and manzano Mona Lisa. I am pretty happy with the purchase.....he has about 10 of each variety......I bought 3 all together.

I see you fix the link. ... Now you got how to link photos inline to a post. Just be sure to use the photo file url itself and not the photo bucket html page.

You really shouldn't be asking questions in a post, then completely edit out & change the post. This can make a confusing thread.

This is one of our expert banana collector members in your area and by learning what cultivars grow best in your area should save you some time.

There are much better quality eating bananas than the FHIA types.

Shadowood Farm & Organic Food Garden

Shadowood Farm is devoted to teaching people how to grow their own organic food and sharing that gloriously GOOD food with others.

This community-type organic food garden began in 2010. Organic and sustainable are more than just fashionable buzz words around here.

Our seventh season of collective gardening is drawing to a close at the end of April. For the last seven years, people have been able to rent a garden space and grow their own food, become a Supporting Member and let us grow the food, or attend our various how-to workshops and learn better ways to grow food at home. If you are serious about clean food that promotes a healthy planet, come join us!

Change is in the air for our upcoming season, so stay tuned for more details as things unfold over the summer months.

All photographs on this site were made at Shadowood Farm in Palm City, Florida

Another great nursery a little south of you is Pinders nursery.

They also have a great selection of banana plants.
