2" banana or just a runt?
I have what I believe is a Goldfinger. Hydroid and Jose263 thought it was. Here is the thing, it grows in almost complete shade and is only about six feet tall. It bloomed and produced a couple of hands of small fruit that eventually matured into 1 1/2 to 2 inch bananas. They had thin easy peeling skins and were tasty.
Any guesses on what they may be? Are there any small banana plants that produce tiny fruit that taste good? Does a Ladyfinger look similiar to a Goldfinger? Wiki mentions the in red outline which this has. Sorry I don't have any pics.
