What is musa ensete...(link)

The description said non-edible bananas, so I thought basjoo. It also said that it grows to about 5' so then I thought, too small to be basjoo. The pic on the package shows a dark red stem. A few years back I had grown these banana seeds and at 4' tall, the entire plant was still a light green...no red stem. Any ideas of what it could really be? http://www.mckenzieseeds.com/English...php3?ID=100123

Musa ensete is a synonym for Ensete ventricosum. Too bad it is still used, as it is a confusing name.
