![]() Hi Everybody,
I wonder if anybody could tell me, when the "Red Tiger" does show the first leafs with the typical red colouring? I grow mine from seed and the fourth leaf just developed. I know, that not all seedlings have leafs with the beautiful red. So I wonder if I should just wait a bit or try more of the seeds I still have. So is the typical colouring coming later or do these nanners show it from the very beginning? |

![]() If they are anything like 'Manipur' then the colouration will be varied and will appear at random times, I think it depends on the maturity of the plant, the amount of sun, the strength of sun, how stressed the plant is.
In short there is no rule, but when it comes it will be gorgeous I'm very jealous. |

![]() Here's my little Red Tiger after about 3 month. It still has only very little red coloring on the leaves, but I hope it'll get more.
I just repotted it and hope that growth will increase rapidly now. The old pot was quite small, but now there's plenty of space for the roots! (by the way: there's only a bit of dust on the leaves) |
