Default Musa Ingens Availability

The following text is from an email that Samson Yuimb send me regarding availability of theMusa Ingens. Rather expensive, wouldn't you say, considering the few seeds?

I thought members might be interested.

Regards.

I still sell freshly harvested MUSA INGENs seeds from
PNG. It would cost you a total of US$100 per 35 fresh
seeds of Musa ingens with clearance by our Customs
office and Quanrantine offices.

Thanks!

Samson Yuimb

Outragously expensive, just order from Christian Port instead. He's trust worthy.

That's pretty ridiculous. Christian has warned everybody on this board about this guy, so if you buy from Samson, nobody will have sympathy for you if you get screwed.

Christians prices were good. 10-15 seeds of that and 10-15 Alpinia was about 10$ I think... Its been about a year since that so I have forgotten.

Shopgirl, buy from Bananaswap!

Are you saying that you ordered 300 seeds from him and they never arrived? Did you following up with him on it? I have heard nothing but good things about this gentleman, so what happened?

Randy, I think your thinking about Christian, not Samson. Samson is the one that many bad things have been said about on this board.

I paid 100$ by direct bank transfert and have waited for the seeds. I'm still waiting. He seemed to be a very respectable guy (studies in the US, etc...) and i was sure it was due to a problem of mail or customs so i didn't ask anything... May be the "new" price is so hight because he has secured the sending process (in 2006 he never told me about any phyto or customs certificates needs) .
Since i joined the forum i'm waiting to hear about somebody trading with success with Mr samson Yuimb ,... to try again myself !!
