Nice one Kev. Did you sneak them in or does the wife know about this lot

I shall keep my eye out on ebay for your goodies.

Looks like some of them have bits of green showing on them already.

The dasycarpa sounds interesting....what do you know about it?

well she knows they're here but thankfully she hasn't seen the invoice yet .

I need to write some descriptions over the weekend and then I'll get some listed. Dasycarpa isn't interesting, it's the Musa formerly known as Velutina!
I just thought we ought to start using what I believe is now the accepted name. Interesting is how the 'newbies' perform over here.

Kev, please tell us more about the first two that you have listed! I haven't even heard of them. Nice-looking collection there.

Frank

Edit: OK, just found one link to 'Dhusray', and it is a beast of a fruit! Did a bit more searching on 'Malbhog' and found some useful info. Apparently it is world-famous...but I've never heard of it, lol.

Hi Mark

yes, guilty as charged, it's me. Who else would be posting a link to the .org site on his ad?
The corms on all this years are a good size. I'm having to switch to boxes from poster tubes as they're too big.

Incredible that you didn't get more for these. Are there just so few collectors there that you don't have enough demand to get higher prices? I'd love to try one, especially if I could get it for a price like that!

my goodness there's loads of different species and cultivars just been listed on ebay.

If I were looking for some of these I would definitely type in 'Musa Hajaray Corm' perhaps

or save time look at seller ID 'hardybananaplants'

I'm tempted, Kev, but don't think they'd make it to me in NorCal.
