Twin TC Basjoo? When to split?
I just bought some TC Basjoos the other day and I saw some of the ones on sale looked like they had two pseudostems in their container. I ended up buying them because I was thinking that down the line I could get two plants for the price of one. Is it common for a TC Basjoo to grow like this? will both plants grow normaly? I havent split them up or anything yet other than take the entire plant and repotted it into something larger. Will I be able to eventually split these Basjoos in the future or will one dominate the other? A pic is in my gallery thanks for the help!

Re: Twin TC Basjoo? When to split?
It probably is 2 plants. i.e. 2 seed planted.
Be careful in separating them. Seedlings can be touchy. Good luck |

Re: Twin TC Basjoo? When to split?
TC means tissue culture, I think. In 2 or 3 years you'll be digging up pups and wondering where you're going to put 20 or 30 banana plants.
